Respect for resources

Within the RCC, we feel co-responsibility for the development of society and the environment. We strive to cooperate with other stakeholders and appeal to the economic use of energy and natural resources.

Compliance with regulations, laws and standards

In all circumstances, we are governed by the relevant treaties, laws and regulations, as well as all international obligations and regulations in force. We always carry out our business activities under constant adherence to given strategies and principles of ethical conduct. Our conduct is under all circumstances transparent and true not only to the members of the RCC, but also to the financial community, investors and the general public.

Respect for Privacy

The RCC requires unconditional esteem and respect for privacy. The information required of members of the Club is always used to improve the satisfaction of the members and the quality of the services provided. We respect the privacy of individuals and groups, and therefore the obtained information is processed in absolute privacy.

Toward members

We offer our members unique investment products and services according to their individual wishes or needs. With a guarantee of maximum discretion, we select the most suitable investment opportunities and banking products across the world’s financial markets. We adapt our unique know-how to the specific requirements of the investor and to the interests of their investment portfolio, whether it be the accumulation and distribution of investment assets, fintech financial solutions, property management and development, development and production of technologies, commodity shops or unique software platforms.

Towards countries

We honor and respect the cultures of the countries in which we operate. We always cooperate with relevant public and sectoral authorities. These authorities oversee and verify that our activities comply with all regulations in force in specific jurisdictions.

Ambassadors toward the RCC

We expect the ambassadors to respect the principles of conduct described in this Code. At the same time, ambassadors will be required to monitor their activities regularly, which is aimed at achieving their sales goals. Any ambassador who is a member of the Club undertakes to avoid establishing personal relationships in such a way as to jeopardize the fulfilment of professional duties and put the Club at risk by doing so.

Investors toward the RCC

In all circumstances, we guarantee confidentiality of internal information relating to the RCC or financial instrument. We prevent the dissemination of such information or its use for a different purpose than it has been provided to us.

Rules of conduct of RCC members

Trust among all its members is essential for the sustainable development of the RCC. In order to achieve this trust, it is necessary to respect clear and well-defined rules of conduct applicable to all members. Necessary condition is to respect all contracts and provisions applicable within the Club. Members demonstrate loyalty and honesty and keep developing good relations with other members through their conduct. At the same time, each member undertakes to act in accordance with the valid RCC values.

Confidentiality of Information

Maintaining confidentiality within the Club is an essential part of our Club culture. This principle applies in all circumstances and to any means of communication, including new channels of communication, such as social networks.

Compliance with the Code of Conduct

Each member of the Club is obliged to follow this Code and actively participate in building the reputation of the RCC regardless of their role within the Club. The good name is our most important asset. Members are therefore responsible for themselves their daily activities. At the same time, they must not hesitate to share their questions or doubts in such a way as to jointly prevent possible risks from occurring.
